A: Normally private transportation boards at the Fixed Based Operator (FBO) located at the commercial airport of departure. Your Luxury Air Travel Consultant will provide you with an address for your navigation or detailed directions from your front door.

Q: Can I determine the date and time of departure?

A: Absolutely! One of the many perks of using private air transportation is that the pilot and staff work around your schedule.

Q: Can I order any type of food for our flight, including alcohol?

A: Yes, Luxury Air will provide you and your party with an extensive pricing list of delicacies and libations for your indulgence.

Q: Are beverages provided on the flight?

A: Yes, coffee and soft drinks are provided for you and your party and are complimentary on the flight.

Q: Are pets allowed to travel on the jet?

A: On most occasions we can accommodate you and your pet. Please consult with your Luxury Air Travel Consultant as we have the ability to make arrangements to bring pets on most of our private jets, however some are not pet friendly.

Q: Is smoking allowed on the flight?

A: Luxury Air does not allow smoking on our jets.

Q: Are there luggage restrictions I should know about?

A: Our private jets will accommodate 2 pieces of luggage per person. Please consult with your Luxury Air Travel Consultant if you wish to bring more than 2 to determine if the particular jet you are flying will accommodate more.
