At a time when air travelers are more concerned then ever about their safety while flying, Luxury Air guarantees that every aircraft exceeds the requirements of FAA Regulation 135. Regulation 135 is the operating standards at which aircraft safety, regulations, maintenance, and pilot licensure are ensured for charter aircraft operators.

Security on private charter jets has increased recently. The FAA has enhanced security regulations at private airports by requiring all passengers to present 2 forms of identification before boarding an aircraft and pilots have the right to inspect passenger’s luggage.
